Fragrant coconut  water

Summary

It is made from the green-skinned fruit produced in Damnoen Saduak, Thailand, and is obtained directly  after being picked. The taste is sweet and fresh, but the coconut flavor is weak and slightly sour. Mainly suitable for raw materials of long-term coconut water, raw materials of scattered coconut water  in restaurants, raw materials of short-term coconut water, and raw materials of coconut beverage stores

Sterilization process

Low  temperature instant pasteurization

Shelf life

Store frozen for 18 months,  defrosted and refrigerated (0-2 degrees) for  7 days
